Purpose of the Job

To assist the Commercial Manager in producing quotes accurately and on time. To assist the Commercial Manager in producing KPI reports.

Key Responsibilities 

• Receiving and understanding data from the customer, via the sales rep
• Cleaning the data, applying zones to it, and the standard rates card
• Applying a kg scale and distribution pattern to the data
• Getting approval from the commercial manager to quote
• Asking sales admin to quote and preparing the quote
• Provide accurate KPI reports
• Provide ad-hoc reports

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant Bcom Degree
