Purpose of the Job
The daily administration to ensure high levels of customer service are offered. Providing effective communication on operational performance, service levels, and associated costs. Manage staff, drivers, and van assistants and their well-being.
Roles & Responsibility
Administration
- Manage all administration-related tasks within the operation(s) nationally
- Update KPI reports for management
- Investigate fines for the Massmart account
- Ensure that the Divisional Manager signs off all credit notes
- Check billing schedules for overtime accuracy before submitting them to the billing/invoicing department
- Co-ordinate the wage process
- Ensure stationery orders are done periodically and timeously and that stationery is supplied
- Ensure monthly billing is completed and submitted to the invoicing department
- Accurate processing of rental agreements for the Massmart accounts on Embrace and ensuring that the correct client is billed and costs allocated to the correct cost centres
- Take prompt action to resolve Embrace billing queries
- Ensure that clients’s vehicle requests are billed and processed on Embrace
- Meet the company’s administrative procedure requirements by ensuring all daily administrative data is timeously actioned.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
